Here is a custom illustrated 5e character sheet that's themed after traditional sword and sorcery fantasy, medieval woodcarvings, and OSR art. Set in horizontal profile, it's perfect for binders and notebooks, and is formatted to be easier to read and more intuitive than the basic sheet.

Install instructions
The aspect ratio is 8 1/2 x 11, so it is ready to print and easily scalable to any margins if necessary. Use the printable version for lined items and features lists.
Form fillability couldn't be added in this version, but it should be easily editable using Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Adobe Reader, or any other application that can add text to pdfs. The non-print version has open boxes for features items and features allowing easier textbox editing.
